"Hello, I did click cancel booking on the email but it must have not worked as the taxi was no longer needed. The driver did turn up as I woke up to missed calls and texts from him. I apologise for this, but I did try and cancel the booking via the email but it didn't clearly work. Can I please receive a refund, minus any fee's for wasting the driver's time. Thanks"
